Service Pledge
24 Hour Contact:
We will contact the customer within 24 hours of receiving the assignment, giving the adjusters name and telephone number, making an appointment to inspect.
48 Hour Inspection:
We will inspect the loss within 48 hours of receiving the assignment
Agreement:
At the time of inspection we will go over the loss with the customer, reaching agreements. If the situation calls for a contractor, we will reach an agreed price with contractor.
Telephone Calls:
We will return all telephone calls promptly.
Diary:
We will maintain a diary on any claim not settled on first contact.
Paperless Reports:
Our adjusters will email reports with photos to your computer.
